This classic Sgian Dubh is used as a ceremonial dagger when wearing a kilt. It is worn tucked into the kilt sock with only the pommel visible. The sgian Dubh is normally worn on the right leg, but can be worn on the left if the wearer is left handed. This is a real Sgian dubhs, not just a moulded handled fixed to the sheath. The blades are blunt, you must be over 18 years of age to buy this product. Sgian Dubh translates as "The hidden black".
